郭银峰,1949年生于甘肃庆阳。68年参军,先后在西藏军区、成都军区、解放军西安第二炮兵工程学院、解放军西安政治学院工作,正团职,上校军衔。1994年转业后供职于陕西省人大办公厅,任厅级巡视员。

Guo Yinfeng was born in Qingyang, Gansu Province in 1949. He joined the army in 68 and successively worked in the Tibet Military Region, Chengdu Military Region, Xi'an Second Artillery Engineering College of the people's Liberation Army and Xi'an Political College of the people's Liberation Army. After changing jobs in 1994, he worked in the general office of Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress and served as a departmental inspector.

历年荣誉(Honors over the years)

郭银峰作品油画《放学以后》获1988年全国书画展一等奖。国画《黄河颂歌》获2002年韩国国际书画大赛最高奖“国际功勋奖”;国画《梅花寒香图》2009年获全国国画展一等奖2011年,郭银峰在北京人民大会堂举办个人书画展高层艺术研讨会;2011年北京人民大会堂举办书画作品展。

国画《我的同学》获2010年全国第十四届大地之歌书画展一等奖;2012年,郭银峰在法国卢浮宫举办书画展,卢浮宫举办书画展受到国际友人高度评价,展览获得圆满成功。

Guo Yinfeng's oil painting after school won the first prize of the national calligraphy and painting exhibition in 1988. The traditional Chinese painting Ode to the Yellow River won the highest award "international Merit Award" in the 2002 Korea International Calligraphy and painting competition; The traditional Chinese painting "plum blossom cold fragrance" won the first prize of the national traditional Chinese painting exhibition in 2009. In 2011, Guo Yinfeng held a high-level art seminar of personal calligraphy and painting exhibition in the Great Hall of the people in Beijing; In 2011, an exhibition of calligraphy and painting works was held in the Great Hall of the people in Beijing.

The traditional Chinese painting "my classmate" won the first prize of the 14th National Earth Song calligraphy and painting exhibition in 2010; In 2012, Guo Yinfeng held a painting and calligraphy exhibition in the Louvre, France. The painting and calligraphy exhibition held by the Louvre was highly praised by international friends and the exhibition was a complete success.
